If you have a baby or infant we include
free of charge an infant crib (provided with linen and blankets), high
chair, baby change mat and we also have a baby monitor which you can
also use free of charge by contacting our home manager

Our
great outdoor facilities include
Lighted lanai (covered area) leading to:

with luxury padded loungers
Lighted and heatable pool (heating
available at additional charge) and jacuzzi with a waterfall
feature
To further enhance our pool, we have now installed fibre optic lighting
with absolutely stunning automatic colour changes!
Both pool and jacuzzi have integral ledge
seating as well as uninterrupted views over the rear lake with its great
wildlife and spectacular sunsets
There's another lake at the front of the
home and a stream on one side - for pool privacy without fences!
All outdoor areas described above are fully
net screened for your comfort -
to keep bugs out but let all that Florida sunshine in...

For
your health & safety
We'd like you to know that we take your
health and safety in our home very seriously
Our own home is fully licensed for short
term rental - you'll find the certificate displayed - and it meets all
current safety requirements
These include smoke alarms, fire extinguisher,
emergency lighting, a torch and a first aid kit
For the added safety of your little ones,
we have pool door alarms and 'escape resistant' pool area net screens
In addition, we also have a monitored security
alarm system which also activates in the case of fire and an electronic
safe (available for a small additional charge) to keep your valuables
secure
