You have the option to order a mid stay clean

Our maid service will give your rental home a make over for you while you just relax and enjoy your vacation...

All our Kissimmee homes have the facilities on this page but please note that the homes are privately owned and so will reflect their owners' tastes in both style, decoration and additional facilities if provided

Remember that all the homes are individually owned

Some owners may have added extra items or equipment to their homes so you may find your vacation home has more facilities than you expected...

These are the minimum inventory items for all Kissimmee homes but please note that Gulf Coast homes may have different equipment

All our homes have at least one master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom - some homes have more than one master with ensuite

All our homes have at least one additional bathroom - some homes have more than one additional bathroom

Cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, fridge/freezer
Two cable TVs, a VCR and stereo radio/cassette/CD player
All crockery, cookware and cutlery (china, silverware/flatware)
Coffee maker, toaster, electric can opener, etc
Large washer & dryer, ironing board & iron
Hairdryers in bathrooms
Air conditioning/heating
All linens and towels
Telephone in the kitchen
Further telephone/clock/radio/alarm in the master bedroom

& outside...

Patio area with furniture provided
Private heatable pool (pool heating is available at additional charge) some homes also have a jacuzzi and/or kiddy pool
All pool areas are fully net screened for your comfort - to keep bugs out but let all that Florida sunshine in!

All homes are fully licensed for short term rental and meet all current safety requirements
