Taxes (12%), cleaning before arrival and after departure, utility bills (gas, electricity, water, etc), local telephone calls and use of all the great amenities of our home - just like our regular prices What's NOT included in our Specials prices? Long distance telephone calls or any options that you may wish to order, including pool heating So why are our prices special? We would rather fill our schedule for our home We do not produce expensive brochures or spend a lot on advertising as many of our guests have been with us before or come to us by personal recommendation from previous guests We do much of our booking administration via the internet and so we can pass the savings we make on to you Want
